360 Policies and Procedures 

Training Session Policy:

Once scheduled, all training sessions are non-refundable. We do not offer credits for missed sessions.

Private Training (1-on-1):

We do offer make-up sessions for private training if we are notified at least 24 hours in advance. Make-up sessions must be booked at least two weeks in advance and will be scheduled based on coach availability—you may be assigned any available coach.

Group Training:

Group training sessions will proceed as scheduled even if one or more participants are unable to attend. We only offer rescheduling if all members of the group are unable to attend, and we are notified at least 24 hours in advance. Please ensure the entire group contacts us in time if a reschedule is needed.

Cancellations by 360 for Private / Group Training:

Any Private / Group sessions cancelled by 360soccer, including those due to weather conditions, will be rescheduled.

NO Makeup Policy for 360 Academy Sessions:

There are no makeup sessions for any missed classes, including those cancelled due to weather conditions.

For example: If your Wednesday Academy session is canceled due to lightning, it will not be rescheduled.

Academy Membership Policy – One Session Per Week

Please note:

If you choose the One Session Per Week membership, you must select a fixed day: either Wednesday or Friday. This selection will apply for the duration of your membership.

You cannot switch between days from week to week.

  • For example, if you choose Wednesday, you cannot attend a Friday session instead, unless you pay the drop-in fee for that additional session.

  • You must inform us at 360soccercoaching@gmail.com 14 days prior to your next payment in order to cancel.
